Pool Service in Safety Harbor, FL
Weekly pool cleaning and care for Safety Harbor homes, a short drive from our base in Clearwater.
We look after Safety Harbor pools of every kind, from the one under a tree that keeps filling the skimmer to the one in a new house that nobody has explained yet.
What we quote for weekly service is what you pay for the visit and the basic chemicals, with no hidden fees. A real person answers at (727) 205-0566.
Close to our Clearwater base
Safety Harbor is a small city of about 17,000 people on the west shore of Old Tampa Bay, settled in 1823 and known for its mineral springs and Philippe Park, the oldest park in Pinellas County. It's also a city that protects its big trees, and that matters for your pool.
For us, Safety Harbor is close to home. It's one of the communities our routes cover, which is why a pool here can have a set service day and a technician who comes back to it every week.

In a Safety Harbor customer's words
The prettiest pool in Safety Harbor
★★★★★“Larry has helped maintain my pool for over 10 years, now have the prettiest pool in Safety Harbor, Fl.”
That's the kind of relationship we're after: the same company and the same care, year after year.

Big trees, busy pools, and the city's tree rules
Safety Harbor protects its trees. The city requires a permit before a protected tree is removed, adopted a Grand Tree Ordinance in 2021, and expects pruning to follow the ANSI A300 standard. If a big tree hangs over your pool, check with the city before anyone cuts it back.
Whatever you decide, what falls from it is part of the weekly work. Leaves fill the skimmer and pump baskets, sink to the floor, and feed algae if they sit. Emptying the baskets and clearing the debris happen on every visit, and the trees around your pool are among the factors Larry weighs when he prices weekly service.
When leaves leave a mark
Leaves that sit on the floor for long enough can stain the surface. Brushing and netting every week helps prevent that. When a stain has already set in, it requires a specialty treatment that costs extra, and Larry tells you what it involves before anything goes in the water.
Screens catch some of it
A screen enclosure keeps many leaves out, but not all, and a torn panel lets in more. If we see any damage, we'll point it out, though we don't do screen repair.
Pool cleaning in Safety Harbor, visit by visit
Your technician lets themselves in through the gate you've arranged, tests the water, and adds what the test calls for. Then comes the cleaning: skimming, brushing the walls, steps, and swim-outs, and emptying the baskets, with the tile cleaned and the floor brushed or netted as needed. Before leaving, they look and listen at the pump and filter, and close the gates behind them.
If you'd like a text before we arrive, so the dogs can come inside, or a photo after the visit, ask when service starts.
Just moved to Safety Harbor with a pool?
A pool that came with the house comes with questions nobody answered at closing. Before the seller's number goes cold, it's worth asking them a few things:
Bring whatever you learn to Larry's first visit. If you'd like to understand the equipment properly, our help for new pool owners covers it. If you haven't closed yet, a home-buyer pool inspection will tell you what shape the pool is in.

Getting started

Call or send a request with your street and a few words about the pool. Larry comes out to see it, because a pool under a big tree and a pool in an open yard are priced differently, and the estimate is free. If anything needs fixing first, you hear about it then, with the cost.
When service starts, Larry walks you through the details: your visit day, what gets cleaned, which chemicals are included and why, and what costs extra. He typically handles the first visit himself and sometimes keeps looking after the pool until it moves to its regular day and technician.
